Fun Facts and FAQs

  • Each and every order is hand made specifically to guarantee freshness for each of our clients all around North America. Therefore, That's Right, Sweetie must allow 5 business days to complete and ship your custom order.

  • Tracking will be provided upon shipping. That's Right, Sweetie cannot guarantee delivery dates, therefore, please keep note of your tracking order number upon completion of your online order.

  • That's Right, Sweetie is not responsible for melting of products when the overnight delivery option and freeze packs are not chosen or when outdoor temperatures exceed 80 degrees.

  • That's Right, Sweetie cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, unforeseen acts of nature or carrier issues.

  • That's Right, Sweetie reserves the right to substitute products and packaging with equal or greater value.

  • Please note each item is individually packed for shipping to maintain the quality of the product and to ensure proper delivery.

  • Please note That's Right, Sweetie products are not allergen free.

  • Our products are created in a facility utilizing dairy, nuts and wheat.

  • Products do/may contain peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils, dairy, wheat, and/or soy.

  • That's Right, Sweetie is not a kosher facility.

  • Items are individually hand-packed with care to prevent damage during shipping

  • If for some reason we are unable to accommodate your order, your order will be immediately canceled and refunded.

  • We do not accept returns, as this is a food item and cannot be returned for any reason due to health regulations.

  • We do note accept cancellations, all sales are final.

  • Do you fulfill bulk, wholesale, and corporate B2B orders?
    We absolutely do! Please allow minimum 20 days from order to delivery on all custom orders over 100. If orders are placed without needed lead time and accepted by TRS, there will be rush fees incurred.
  • Will you send a POS structure with wholesale orders?
    Yes. We will collect all information for storefront displays and collaborate to figure the best placement and solution for your event or sales.
  • Will Large orders come with freeze packs?
    Pending location and distance of transit of our premium dipped chocolate pretzels, all qualified destinations will be packed with a freeze pack so melting is not at all an issue. Note: for destinations not qualified, additional cost will be incurred for requested freeze packs for transit.
  • Can I custom create a color not in your palette online?
    Please contact us direct, or place your order with your request and we will confirm for you within 24 hours whether or not we are able to match specific colors.
  • Where do you source your chocolate?
    Our dark chocolate is Ghirardelli, milk chocolate is from the Netherlands, and our white chocolate is a proprietary blend of homemade cocoa bean fat and premium flavourings.
  • How long does it take to get my order?
    All of our items are made fresh, delivered fresh, and guaranteed! There is a 1-3 day make and package time followed by a 1-3 day USPS priority mail shipping schedule.
  • Will my pretzels be wrapped or will I have to package them myself?
    Pretzels are always individually wrapped and hand-packed with care to prevent damage during shipping.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    I prefer to ship on Monday and Tuesday so as to minimize weekend sit time although changes to this schedule can be accommodated.
  • What carrier do you use to ship my order?
    Generally speaking, I ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day. If there is a corporate account with another carrier that you'd like to provide, we can do that as well.
