Delivery & Shipping

Each That’s Right, Sweetie order is carefully packaged to protect quality and presentation. Flat-rate delivery is applied at checkout based on your region. Larger and corporate orders may ship via custom delivery arrangements to ensure the best possible experience.

Our flat-rate delivery tiers are:
Sweet Local Delivery: $10
Midwest Delivery: $18
Nationwide Delivery: $28Flat-rate delivery is applied at checkout based on your delivery region.

Yes. We provide free delivery within one hour of Racine, Wisconsin, to one designated location with a minimum of 200 units sold.

If the order is under 200 units, a $75 delivery fee will apply, or you may choose to pick up your order at our Pretzel Palace in Racine, Wisconsin, for free.

Yes. Greater Milwaukee delivery is available for a $40 delivery fee.

Yes. Large corporate orders may ship separately or require custom delivery arrangements to ensure the best possible experience. Orders over $500 may also ship separately to help protect product quality.

No. Delivery times depend on the UPS shipping method selected during checkout. That’s Right, Sweetie does not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping timelines are managed by UPS.
