Every That’s Right, Sweetie order is handcrafted, made fresh to order, and carefully packaged to protect both quality and presentation. Whether you’re sending a small gift, planning a local delivery, or coordinating a larger corporate order, our goal is to make the delivery experience as thoughtful as the gift itself.
Flat-Rate Delivery
Flat-rate delivery is applied at checkout based on your delivery region. Each order is packaged with care to help protect the quality, freshness, and presentation of your treats.

Local Delivery Options
For larger local orders, That’s Right, Sweetie offers delivery options designed to make group gifting, events, and corporate orders easier to coordinate. All valid options are available at checkout.
Free Local Delivery
We provide free delivery within one hour of Racine, Wisconsin, to one designated location with a minimum of 200 units sold.
Local Delivery Under 200 Units
If the order is under 200 units, a $75 delivery fee will apply. You may also choose to pick up your order at our Pretzel Palace in Racine, Wisconsin, for free.
Greater Milwaukee Delivery
Greater Milwaukee delivery is available for a $40 delivery fee.
Corporate & Large Order Delivery
Large corporate orders may ship separately or require custom delivery arrangements to ensure product quality, presentation, and timing. This allows us to protect the integrity of your order and create the best possible experience for your recipients.
For corporate gifting programs, branded experiences, event takeaways, and larger orders, delivery details may be reviewed as part of your custom quote.
Order Processing Time
All orders are handmade to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 5–7 business days for production.
Have a requested delivery date? Let us know. We will do our best to accommodate and plan around your deadline whenever possible.

UPS Delivery Policy
Delivery times depend on the UPS shipping method selected during checkout. That’s Right, Sweetie does not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping timelines are managed by UPS and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Warm Weather & Temperature Policy
At That’s Right, Sweetie, every order is handcrafted and made fresh to order. Because our products are perishable and custom in nature, we take care when preparing each order for delivery.
During warmer months or periods of high temperatures, delivery timing and location are especially important. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package when it arrives, and avoid leaving treats outside, in direct sunlight, or in warm vehicles for extended periods of time.
If you are placing a larger or corporate order during warm weather, we may recommend custom delivery arrangements to help protect the quality and presentation of your order.
Product Freshness & Shelf Life
Our pretzels have a 6–8 month shelf life when stored properly.
For best quality, store your treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. We do not recommend refrigerating unless specifically instructed, as temperature changes may affect the look and texture of chocolate-dipped items.
Refunds & Replacements
Because every order is handcrafted, made fresh to order, and often customized, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:
Damaged items during shipping
Incorrect items received
Missing items from your order
Quality concerns upon delivery
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

Larger orders may ship separately
Orders over $500 may ship separately to ensure product quality and presentation.
Custom orders need extra care
Every That’s Right, Sweetie product is made-to-order and fully customized, including color, design, and message. We do not charge extra for customization because it is the standard we are known for.
