Shipping & delivery
Shipping and delivery options are selected at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Once your order is received, our team will prepare your sweets within our standard fulfillment timeframe.
Sending gifts to multiple recipients
Sending sweets to more than one address? We’re happy to help. Select Multi-Address Shipping at checkout if your gifts need to be sent to multiple recipients.
After checkout, your order confirmation email will include a link to upload your recipient address file. Once received, our team will review the details and follow up with the final shipping cost before your gifts are sent.
For orders of 10+ gift boxes or 100+ pieces, please contact us directly for bulk pricing and custom order support.
Ordering custom sweets online
Select Custom when adding your sweets to the cart and share a few details about how you’d like them decorated, such as colors, themes, toppings, drizzle, or design notes.
For more detailed requests, your order confirmation email will include a link where you can provide additional information after checkout.
